The forging process increases mechanical resistance and elasticity, the forged bell is worked entirely under numerical control by removing excess material and giving shape to the piece, an innovation by Pinasco in the field of Vespa Classic clutches. In the new Pinasco forged clutch the support stops of the discs have been thickened for greater resistance to wear and the reinforcement ring has been obtained in the bell entirely by forging, all from a single piece without welding.
