POLINI primary gear 202.1418 clutch bell Z 25 long ratio for VESPA 50 75 100 125 ET3 PK XL ETS SPECIAL The commitment and experience in competitions have led Polini designers to develop two new primary transmissions with straight teeth with flexible couplings and reinforced clutch basket . The clutch basket machined from solid material and subjected to heat-hardening treatment allows the driving discs to work in drag on all 6 sides, thus reducing their wear. The counterflange of the flexible coupling, also in case-hardened steel, guarantees maximum resistance allowing the possible disassembly of the clutch basket. The very high resistance special steel springs are calibrated to avoid breakages of the transmission itself. Specific for both the Vespa 50 and 125, the new transmissions are interchangeable with the original parts. Assembly is recommended on tuned engines or above 25Hp.
