Product warranty

LVDUE s.r.l. guarantees the products in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2002 and declares that the products sent are identical and compliant with the use and characteristics described on the website www.lavespadue.it .

In any case, the products sent must be used by the customer correctly in compliance with their intended use and current laws and/or road rules.

The guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating the VAT number). For other buyers, who instead purchase with a VAT number, the legal guarantees referred to in articles 1490 and following of the civil code will be valid. (one year from delivery under legal conditions).

The guarantee is valid from the day the goods are received and can only be exercised if you have the invoice and/or receipt which is attached to each shipment.

The warranty does not cover electrical parts and parts subject to wear such as batteries, power supplies, coils, control units, stators, cables, etc. which benefit from the so-called "good functioning guarantee" and are replaced only in the event of a fault occurring during the first 30 days of purchase. Products with a price lower than or equal to €. 30.00 (VAT excluded) also benefit from the "good functioning" guarantee, lasting 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The warranty terms also lapse in the following cases:

• carelessness, abuse, clumsy use, incorrect or improper use and installation of the product;
• on products not correctly installed by the purchaser or by specialized personnel, we therefore ask the customers for the second case to keep the installation invoice;
• electric discharges and voltages that do not comply with the characteristics of the product.
  

Our guarantee ends in replacing the product or products, which are returned only after our authorization, and which we recognize as defective.

We decline all responsibility for any accident that may occur due to and/or error during the use of the products supplied by us, and cannot give rise to a request for reimbursement or indemnity.

We decline all responsibility for the use of items that improve and/or increase vehicle performance. These items are sold for racing use only on the track and not for road use, the customer takes responsibility for checking before and after use. purchase where, when and if possible, use them and exonerates the selling company LVDUE s.r.l. from all liability. and cannot give rise to a refund or indemnity request.
